The Northshore Humane Society is another of Frantz Marine's many philanthropy interests. The Rescue Me Gala is NHS's largest fundraising event of the year. Proceeds from ticket sales, sponsorships, silent and live auctions, wine collectors’ cork pull and more will fund the Northshore Humane Society’s life-saving programs. The Northshore Humane Society is one of Louisiana’s largest non-profit, no-kill animal welfare organizations. Since 1953, the Northshore Humane Society has been serving the unwanted, neglected, abandoned, and abused animals of the Gulf Coast Region. NHS is an independent, non-governmental facility that relies on donations from the community in order to offer foster and adoption services and veterinary care.
